I’m deeply committed to guiding individuals through overcoming psychological distress caused by past or current life experiences. I provide therapeutic support to help you navigate complexities, validate your journey, and embrace challenges for profound transformation. Whether it’s mental health issues, self-awareness, or personal growth, I illuminate unconscious processes to facilitate your evolution.

My journey began with a Bachelor’s in Human Psychology, followed by immersive global experiences. I then earned a Master’s in Integrative Psychotherapy, during which I supported survivors of abuse and conducted research on coping with bereavement. Now, in private practice, I offer tailored interventions to a diverse clientele, drawing on my extensive background and training to promote healing and growth.

My name is Faha, and I am a Person-Centred Counsellor and Psychotherapist. With a strong passion for the field of talking therapies from an early stage, I actively pursued opportunities to gain work experience and academic qualifications. In 2006, I obtained a BSc in Psychology, which paved the way for my enrolment in a rigorous three-year clinical training program (MSc) in counselling and psychotherapy. Since graduating in 2012, I have been delivering integrative therapies, drawing upon my intensive person-centred training to address a diverse range of mental health needs in both private and public sectors over the past 11.5 years.

Driven by a commitment to facing challenges with honesty and focus, I recognise the importance of gaining insight, acquiring knowledge of tools and techniques, and setting goals to overcome life’s obstacles. While this journey may seem daunting, I firmly believe, based on my extensive experience as a mental health professional, that it is achievable with dedication and motivation.

Imagine moving in the direction of your true self
