Aaron Rai: Ambassador for AST Psychotherapy
Is a standout competitor on the PGA Tour and is currently placed inside the world’s top 30 rankings. Over the course of his career, he has secured notable titles including the Wyndham Championship (2024), Scottish Open (2020), Hong Kong Open (2018), and the Kenya Open (2017).
Away from tournament play, Aaron is deeply committed to raising awareness around emotional wellbeing and serves as a dedicated ambassador for AST Psychotherapy and Aahna South Asian Therapy.
He aligns closely with our vision of driving positive progress across the South Asian community by:
● Navigating intergenerational and cultural tensions
● Questioning rigid norms and external pressures
● Encouraging honest dialogue about mental wellbeing
At AST Psychotherapy, we believe accessing therapy should feel accepted and encouraged for all people — across every gender and background. Our focus is on fostering a culture rooted in understanding, strength, and collective support.
Aaron reflects these principles through both his lived experiences and his public influence, making him a powerful advocate for our work. In partnership, we aim to dismantle stigma, deepen awareness, and expand access to mental health resources for the wider community.
